Abstract


Objective: According to the \Preparation of insomnia animal model . Study acupuncture five internal organs shu points to interfere with the mechanisms of insomnia , explore the five internal organs possession of God , the relationship of yin and yang balance and the spiritual , psychological and sleep . Methods: 1. Intraperitoneal injection of chlorobenzene alanine ( PCPA ) prepared rat animal model of insomnia ; rats were randomly divided into four groups : A blank group , model group B , C Anding , D acupuncture group . 2 by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in the hypothalamus in the inhibitory neurotransmitter GABA and GABAA content ; SPSS11.0 statistical software experimental data for statistical analysis , averaged for one-way ANOVA . Results : 1 . Intraperitoneal injection of PCPA normal rats can sleep - wake cycle disappears , copy insomnia rat model of relatively stable ; acupuncture can significantly increase the PCPA induced the insomnia rat hypothalamus inhibitory delivery quality of GABA and GABAA content compared with the model group there was significant difference ( P lt ; 0.05 ) . Conclusion: due to a five internal organs shu points of acupuncture can be adjusted the insomnia rat GABA and GABAA receptor content and increase the amount of deep slow-wave sleep , thus the treatment of insomnia ; 2 . Stable oral treatment of insomnia rats , you can restore the PCPA insomnia the rats sleep - wake rhythm , the experimental indicators have improved greatly . The acupuncture group measured experimental results and stability , the difference , though not significant ( P gt ; 0.05 ) , but the experimental results show that the therapeutic effect of acupuncture group still better than the stable group , and no side effects .
