Abstract

Periodontal disease is one of the most common oral disease incidence in our population in more than 70%. Periodontal disease can lead to loose and missing teeth, thus affecting the patient's chewing function, reduce the quality of life, and hazardous to their health. The conventional treatment of periodontal mainly rely on mechanical operations, it still lacks the ideal method of treatment. Alveolar bone resorption and periodontal pocket formation is the most important symptoms of periodontal disease, which is the main reason leading to tooth mobility and tooth loss alveolar bone resorption. In recent years, research on bone resorption mechanisms of OPG / RANKL' dissertation">RANKL / RANK axis system is the key factor regulating osteoclast differentiation and maturation and resorption. With the OPG / RANKL / RANK axis system depth study found that the system plays an important role in the pathogenesis of periodontitis, and its significance in the reconstruction of alveolar bone resorption, to study the treatment of periodontal disease new direction. Objective: To establish the experimental rat alveolar bone absorption model to study its absorption - rebuilding law. The observed OPG, RANKL, RANK factor expression in alveolar bone resorption and reconstruction process in order to understand the OPG / RANKL / RANK system in alveolar bone resorption and reconstruction role and significance. Methods: The experimental teeth bit gingival median injection of LPS (Lipopolysaccharide, LPS) establishment of SD rat model of experimental alveolar bone resorption by Organization Slice morphological observation, HE staining and tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase (Tartrate resistant acid phosphatase, TRAP ) staining and osteoclast count the study experimental alveolar bone the model absorption - reconstruction law. Production the periodontal dental specimens for histological examination. Immunohistochemistry SP method detection slice OPG, RANK, RANKL expression. Microscopy combined with computer-aided observation and analysis. Results: injection stop within 20 days, rat alveolar bone resorption obvious role osteoclast activity, OPG levels in periodontal tissue of the alveolar bone absorption region decreased compared with the normal control group, RANKL into bone cells and matrix cells compared with normal control group. The resorption area visible characteristic high expression of RANK osteoclast and osteoblast expression of RANKL. 20 days rat alveolar bone osteoclast gradual decline in the number of OPG levels than before rising, RANKL decreased. Conclusion of OPG, RANKL and RANK expression variation alveolar bone resorption reconstruction process and the variation of the number of osteoclasts, OPG / RANKL / RANK system has played an important role in bone resorption mechanisms. Objective: To investigate the the periodontal dental pulp efficacy of combination therapy for severe periodontitis teeth. Method: three severe periodontitis perfect rows of teeth thoroughly root canal treatment and periodontal treatment. Results: 6 months to 1 year follow-up study, three teeth and good functional recovery. Conclusion: The severe periodontitis teeth with periodontal pulp combination therapy have a positive effect on the regeneration of periodontal bone tissue
