Abstract


Since the mid - 20th century, the beginning of the third technological revolution has brought to the world an unprecedented change in a substantial increase in social productivity , followed by the globalization of the world becomes increasingly interdependent . The scientific and technological revolution and globalization has brought great wealth and great convenience also brings a lot of problems . These problems threaten the world , national and personal security , which the non - traditional security issues . Non-traditional security issues become increasingly prominent with the deepening of globalization , is becoming increasingly important as traditional security issues . In this paper, the analysis of the non-traditional security multi-faceted , to achieve a comprehensive understanding of the non-traditional security . And trying to find out by analyzing the performance characteristics of the non-traditional security in the context of China's own countermeasures to address non - traditional security issues in China's current modernization . By systematically expounded the non-traditional security issues highlights the impact of China's diplomacy , and analysis of China's diplomacy in dealing with the role of non-traditional security issues and deficiencies , and make appropriate recommendations and countermeasures , expected to play a positive role in China's diplomacy .
