Abstract


In the current vocational education, the vast majority of schools have students in the third grade when a three- year or six months as the next corporate internships students realize the combination of theory and practice , students good career awareness and professional ethics, enhance students' practical ability is one important way . However, due to various reasons, vocational students internships for process management is not standardized , not in place, thus also greatly affect the vocational school effectiveness of student internships , and even industrial accidents and even harm the health of students phenomenon. To this end , the author from the management of vocational student internships content and features to start, try to parse vocational students internships management and management systems constitute the primary object, clear the schools, businesses, government vocational students internships are managed subject, the student is both a management object, but also bear the main role of self-management ; analysis of the schools, students , businesses, governments in the internship process management problems . On this basis , how to regulate vocational students for internships process management , proposed schools should assume full management responsibilities , the school should attach great importance to psychological counseling , enterprises should actively carry out co-management functions , the government should play an active role in guiding four ways and elaborates on specific initiatives and implementation.
