Abstract


The 21st century is a century of competition, with the world multi-polarization and economic globalization accelerated, countries around the world in the political, economic, cultural and information fields, the all-round competition, in order to maintain or access to the country’s competitiveness advantage. The competitiveness of the national talent competition in fact, while the competition for talent is the essence of competition in education. Higher education is faced with not only rare opportunities for development, but also faced with severe challenges. State university students are very valuable human resources is the hope of the nation is the future of the motherland. To them in developing socialism with Chinese characteristics into the builders and successors to ensure that our country in the fierce international competition in an invincible position, to ensure the realization of building a well-off society and accelerating the grand goal of socialist modernization, to ensure that China characteristics of the prosperity of the socialist cause, successors, is of great and far-reaching strategic significance. Then has carried on the investigation and study and the interview to the partial university university students, the union interview the subject matter which exists to Our country University student incentive mechanism in and has the root to carry on the selective analysis, finally through the above analytical study, the utilization incentive mechanism theory, the relation university student’s actual situation, how to optimize the university university student incentive mechanism to carry on the positive effective exploration, proposed the optimization incentive mechanism scientific idea, the drive way and the method improvement and the optimization, as well as external excitation environment aspect and so on optimization essential countermeasures.Hoped that this article can help the education administration workers to do work well.
