Abstract


Extracurricular art education is an important part of art education . It provides students with a the Art Literacy further improve the space , in the training of talented students of Fine Arts , and its unique contribution to conveying art talents for the country . In the context of the new round of curriculum reform in primary and secondary schools , the quality of education concept deeply rooted . Extracurricular art education long-term focus on the techniques of teaching and ignore the emotion and the values ??curriculum ideas should change . Art education has the the multiple educational value , extracurricular art education should learn from the philosophy of the school curriculum reform too much emphasis on skills learning curriculum , multiple values ??of art education . The paper selected areas outside of Chengdu children 's art education as a research object because of its more representative and typical in large and medium-sized cities in the country , to better reflect the current situation of the off-campus art education . This article is based on the status quo of the the Chengdu area outside of children's art education , analysis of the problems existing in their curriculum , and explore its curriculum reform program and the feasibility of implementation , and strive to play to the advantage of the children's extracurricular art education in the cultivation of the fine arts talent . The first chapter is a concept to define , identify a few basic concepts of this article ; Chapter II presents the status of the the Chengdu area outside children 's art education , through the analysis of information and data , summarized overview of the Chengdu region extracurricular art education and curriculum exist issues; Chapter is the focus of this article , the part starting from the four aspects of the course objectives , course content , course organization and curriculum evaluation , proposed a set of plans and proposals , embodied in this article on extracurricular art education courses in Chengdu area exploration of the off-campus art education ; Chapter is implemented by the author of the children's art education programs outside of the Chengdu region suggestions and case .
