Abstract


Objective:Explore childhood obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome children perioperative application medicinal food on enteral nutrition of postoperative wound healing, perioperative area such as pain life quality and weight change effects and clinical significance. Methods:Select from October 2008 to February 2011 Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region People’s Hospital, one dvision of Otolaryngology 78 cases in children with OSAHS,38 patients were randomly divided into control group, experimental group of 40 patients.Were given general anesthesia Endoscopic adenoidectomy and bilateral tonsil dissection. Normal diet control group preoperative and postoperative general liquid diet. Experimental group, plus medical foods for perioperative enteral nutrition. By observing five days two groups of patients after healing of the surgical wound classification of quantitative results, NCCPC-PV pain in the area of surgery such as changes in quality of life scores and weight changes in other indicators, the results were statistically analyzed the two groups. Results:1. the surgical wound healing after classification to quantify the results of Wilcoxon rank sum test analysis. The difference between the two groups of second, the three-day was statistically significant in patients (P<0.05).No significant difference between patients of first, four, five days(P>0.05).2. On the surgical pain, quality of life rating scale by NCCPC-PV. Repeated measure analysis of variance design data. There was significant difference between the groups (P<0.05).3. Postoperative weight change data after a repeated measures design analysis of variance test. No significant difference between the groups (P>0.05). Conclusion:Fully consider and rule out other factors, the medical food in the perioperative application of postoperative wound healing in a certain role in recovery. Medical food in the perioperative applications, help to alleviate pain and discomfort in children with postoperative subjective symptoms, improve quality of life after operation. During the experiment, using medical foods to enhance postoperative enteral nutrition on children with no significant effect on body weight.
