Abstract


In this paper, the camera module auto-focus and depth of field of automatic test equipment for the study discusses the system of auto-focus and depth of field realization of the principle of the test , the overall system composed of various parts of the structural design , and implementation discussed. The subject in order to develop a convenient and practical modular automated production test equipment , integrated use of mature , advanced photoelectric detection technology and optical and electrical integration technology theory , automatic control technology for the CCM automated production and testing process research to improve test automation level of test quality and efficiency purposes . The more technologically advanced , practical, strong , high performance and low cost of a detection system .
