Abstract

The purpose clinical analysis of subjective tinnitus patients with hearing loss , and to further explore the causes of tinnitus , provide the clinical basis for the inspection methods . 200 patients with the chief complaint of subjective tinnitus otology specialist examination , tympanometry testing , normal frequency pure tone threshold audiometry hearing threshold audiometry and high frequency extension to listen . Results of 200 cases of tinnitus patients with normal hearing ear 151 ( 55% ) , mild hearing loss 73 ears ( 26%) , moderate hearing loss in 26 ears (13 %) , severe hearing loss in 15 ears ( 5%) , severe hearing loss 2 ear ( 1% ) ; , unilateral tinnitus 123 cases (61.5 %) ; bilateral tinnitus and 77 patients (38.5 %) ; unilateral tinnitus , ipsilateral and contralateral threshold 0.125KHz-8KHz was statistically significant (P lt ; 0.05), 10kHz frequencies above statistical significance ( P gt ; 0.05) ; constant frequency normal hearing group with hearing abnormalities compared to each frequency threshold of statistical significance ( P lt ; 0.05) , the threshold of hearing abnormal group seized out rate is lower than the normal hearing group . Conclusion tinnitus predilection ages 31-60 years old , the gradual increase in the prevalence of hearing loss increases with age , but the prevalence of tinnitus is not a corresponding increase ; majority of tinnitus patients language no accumulation or little effect on the frequency , does not affect the day - to - day exchanges ; tinnitus can exist in the normal hearing population ; extended high-frequency audiometry ability to provide basis for early hearing loss tinnitus patients need more clinical data to further study .
