Abstract


From 2004, RFID (Radio Frequency Identification Radio Frequency Identification Technology) has become an emerging IT technologies, as well as the line from all walks of life in all large companies are beginning to concern with the application of RFID technology and the people most concerned about the application of RFID is that RFID in the logistics and supply chain application. RFID technology’s generation and development of modern logistics in the field of information technology continues to provide a new impetus to push forward.At the same time, the computer information technology industry as the third revolution of Web Service technology has been gradually revealing the enormous business opportunities, the software industry, therefore a change is brewing. Web Service technology will enable Web Service applications mature and improve, and Web Service application model to provide guidance for business applications, and to promote the popularity of commercial applications.Traditional enterprise application integration technology by the software development models and methods of systems integration limit, resulting in the enterprise close coupling between the various systems of state enterprises is not conducive to a system upgrade and expansion. In addition the traditional enterprise application integration technology is the enterprise in order to achieve the flow of information and sharing of enterprise application integration support between the poor and unable to adapt to extreme heterogeneous network environment and an increasing number of e-commerce requirements. Web Service technology in its universal agreement, and complete platform-independent and language-independent, and able to make up for enterprise application integration technology deficiencies.In this paper, RFID technology in the port of goods vehicles in the application of business background, focused on RFID technology in the optimization of business processes to promote the port to improve efficiency in the production of an active role in the design of information systems from the point of view, based on Web Service port of goods and RFID vehicle management system for the application of design solutions.
