Objective: By Detection of MMP 10 (Matrix metalloproteinase 10 MMP-10) in the normal breast, benign breast tumors, breast cancer without lymph node metastasis, lymph node metastasis protein expression in cases explore MMP-10 in the four groups the relationship between the expression of differences with clinicopathological factors. Analysis of the significance of the MMP-10 detection indicators of the formation and development of breast cancer invasion and metastasis. Methods: Using immunohistochemistry SP method in 25 cases of normal breast, 25 patients with benign breast tumors, 25 cases of breast cancer without lymph node metastasis and 25 cases of breast cancer lymph nodes have been transferred MMP-10 protein detection, analysis of MMP-10 protein in the mammary gland expression among the four groups whether the twenty-two is differential expression analysis of its expression in breast cancer and the patient's age, menopausal status, tumor size, number of axillary lymph node metastasis, clinical stage, pathological type, histological grade of The relationship between ER, PR, Her-2 correlation. Results: 1.25 normal mammary gland expression (-) sup> main. 25 patients with benign breast tumors express mainly (-) sup>. In 25 cases of breast cancer without lymph node metastasis, the expression of the main () sup>. 25 cases of breast cancer lymph node metastasis, the expression () sup> main. MMP-10 protein expression in normal breast, benign breast tumor group, breast cancer without lymph node metastasis group and breast cancer lymph node metastasis among the four groups have statistically significant difference (P lt; 0.05). MMP-10 protein expression differences in normal breast and benign breast tumor group between the two groups, no statistical significance (P gt; 0.05). Normal mammary gland and breast cancer without lymph node metastasis, and normal mammary gland and breast cancer lymph node metastasis, benign breast tumors and breast cancer without lymph node metastasis, benign breast tumors and lymph node group have been transferred lymph node without metastasis and breast cancer lymph node transfer between two groups of group differences were statistically significant (P lt; 0.05). 2. MMP-10 protein expression with age, menopause, tumor size, histological grade, pathological type, clinical stage no significant correlation (P gt; 0.05), between the number of axillary lymph node metastasis was statistically correlation (P lt; 0.05). 3.MMP-10 expression of ER, PR, Her-2 expression was no significant correlation (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion: of MMP-10 expression in breast cancer was significantly higher than that of benign breast tumor and normal breast tissue. Tip MMP-10 may play a role in the occurrence and development of breast cancer, may have value as a biological marker to distinguish between benign and malignant breast tissue. 2.MMP-10 expression in breast cancer with lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than those without lymph node metastasis in breast cancer, but also in the more metastatic lymph nodes was significantly higher than the less metastatic lymph nodes. Tip MMP-10 may play a role in breast cancer invasion and development. 3.MMP-10 expression in breast cancer patients age, whether between menopause, tumor diameter, histological type, clinical stage, histological grade of ER, PR, of Her-2 had no significant correlation.
