Abstract


As China's socialist market economic system and the gradual establishment and continuous development of China's commercial banks risk has become increasingly complex , which requires banks to have more sophisticated risk prevention mechanism and stronger risk management capabilities. Risk management is a modern commercial bank management is one of the core content , it is in the management of commercial banks occupies a very important position , the bank can be achieved by a variety of risk management, reducing the business , market changes and operational errors brought losses. In recent years, with economic globalization and China's reform of the financial system , guard against and defuse financial risks management has become a top priority of China's commercial banks . This paper is divided into seven chapters: Chapter 1 Introduction , introduces the significance of the topic of this paper , research ideas and methods ; Chapter commercial banks connotation of comprehensive risk management , explains the meaning of comprehensive risk management , Basel II framework Business bank's overall risk management and commercial bank risk types ; Chapter Three state-owned commercial banks risk management situation analysis, from the external environment and the internal mechanism put forward two state-owned commercial banks' risk management problems and make sense expounded ; Chapter analysis of international commercial bank risk management development course , and foreign commercial bank risk management model for comparison and analysis ; fifth chapter analyzes the state-owned commercial banks, comprehensive risk management measures ; Chapter VI pointed out the development of China's commercial banks' risk management direction for the ICBC basic framework of a comprehensive risk management results ; Chapter VII of the conclusion that the expected results of this paper as well as inadequate.
