Abstract


In knowledge-based enterprises, knowledge is the core competence and primary resource. Therefore, knowledge sharing becomes the most important aspect in knowledge management.At first, based on the theories of the tacit knowledge as the background, this thesis primarily analyses the meaning and features of the knowledge in enterprise. Secondly, the author discusses the cultivation of the core competence in knowledge-based enterprises. Thirdly, based on the above analysis, the process and features in knowledge sharing is discuss, and the difficulties in the procession is analyzed.And then, three game matrixes are built in two aspects: in“Master-prentice”matrix, the author discusses the motivations and difficulties between master and prentice knowledge sharing, promote the way to inspire knowledge sharing.“Pro-Master-prentice”matrix is built to discuss universally and deeply. This matrix is based on perfect-information-dynamic game theory. In this matrix, the intellectual property rights of tacit knowledge are focused on. The third matrix—“the equality employees’knowledge sharing game”is for the purpose to discuss the knowledge mutual sharing occurred between two equality employees. All of the matrixes open out the behaviors of knowledge employees in the knowledge sharing, and it will be the base for the measures to inspire knowledge employee share their tacit knowledge.Lastly, based on the theory of incentives and the analysis of employee behaviors, the author point out the principles to inspire knowledge employees to share their tacit knowledge and build the mechanism of incentives.
