Abstract


With China's accession to WTO , globalization and information technology to speed up the process , the competitiveness of high-tech industry has become the strength of a country's comprehensive national strength and the overall competitiveness of the performance . The knowledge and technological innovation cluster of high-tech industries as the most successful model in the development of high-tech industries , the flow of talent within the cluster , the enterprise in the form of information exchange , knowledge sharing and flow of enterprises in the cluster to provide a suitable environment and a strong driving force provide a strong support for the industry to establish sustainable competitive advantage . Therefore, the establishment of a cluster of high-tech industry competitiveness in the knowledge Fluxion evaluation system and the evaluation index system to evaluate the high-tech industry cluster , a new idea for the evaluation of the competitiveness of high-tech industries , to identify the high-tech the existing problems in the process of industrial development , the improvement of the competitiveness of China's high-tech industry cluster theory direction . For the development of the cluster of high-tech industry at this stage has a certain theoretical and practical significance . Evaluation method , the purpose of this article to explore the high-tech industry cluster competitiveness from the knowledge flows is to study the bottleneck in the development of high-tech industrial cluster , to find a well-established high-tech industrial cluster development mechanism to promote the high-tech industry cluster competitiveness improved. The thesis summarized at home and abroad for the evaluation of the flow of knowledge and competitiveness of industrial clusters , and then define the high-tech industrial cluster competitiveness and its formation mechanism , to discuss the flow of knowledge impact on the competitiveness of high-tech industrial clusters , and then construct a knowledge Fluxion cluster of high - tech industry competitiveness evaluation index system . Finally , on the basis of theoretical studies , Beijing , Shanghai, the high-tech industry cluster competitiveness analysis concluded that knowledge flows greater in the case of similar other factors , the Beijing High-tech industrial clusters more competitive .
