Objective:Research hypertension medicine calcium antagonists whether an increased risk of breast cancer. Methods:Collect 2006-2010year of time for 469 patients with nipple discharge hospital patients, liquid symptoms are female,469 patients were treated in our hospital go to surgery, including 97 patients with ductal malignant tumor,372 intraductal benign lesions,469 patients 56 patients for hypertension patients, including 25 cases of malignant tumor,31 cases of benign lesions. Collect 469 patients serum determination estrogen and prolactin level value, and collect the 56 hypertension patients’s medical history, drug classification do statistical analysis. Statistical analysis obtains long time take calcium channel blockers could be an increased risk of breast cancer. Results: Statistical analysis concluded that no hypertension lesions group and amalgamating hypertension between estradiol levels and disease groups have prolactin level differences. The merger of hypertension group oestrogen levels and prolactin level is higher. In the use of antih-ypertensive drug use calcium antagonists of patients is obvious Conclusion:The longterm use of calcium channel blockers can make women estradiol and prolactin level increases, can cause intraductal lesions, to an increased risk of breast cancer.
