Abstract


Casing string is connected to the casing by the number of about 10m by thread with centralizer and other accessories , a downhole string . Since the sixties , the domestic and foreign scholars in the downhole string by the the force deformation analysis to carry out a lot of theoretical and experimental research work , a large number of results . The downhole string deformation analysis method mainly classical differential equations method , vertical and horizontal curved continuous beam method , the weighted residual method , the initial parameter method , finite difference method , finite element method . The friction forecast downhole casing deformation analysis focused on : friction is the key factor in the level downhole casing down into the design and actual process . Casing into before , must be calculated into the feasibility of the casing in the eyes of real drilling force size , forecast casing string . The casing stress analysis are borrowed drillstring mechanics analysis model , no specific mechanical model of the casing , drillstring mechanical model ignores the impact of speed and torque . The focus of this article is that : the actual force casing string downhole appropriate assumptions and simplifications , the establishment of the 3D borehole casing string force differential equations and finite element equation , and solving respectively . Was found by comparison of the results of the two methods of calculation : the eyes of the actual well drilled , the impact of the removal of the drilling fluid, the string structure and surface condition of the borehole and other factors , the change trend of the downhole casing string friction changes with the full angle of the borehole the rate of change in trend is consistent ; those who can influence the rate of change of the whole angle borehole parameters can impact on casing friction ; horizontal wells , with the increase in the deviation angle sleeve friction continued increase in the horizontal segment of casing Morocco barrier maintained in a small range of fluctuation; the front end of the horizontal well casing generally compressive stress , as the increase in the length of casing into the horizontal segment , the hook load declines ; calculated results of the two methods , although the value different but the trends are consistent . It is worth noting that the finite element method to calculate the lateral displacement of the casing , so you can find the casing centered in the actual borehole casing centralizer Additions theoretical guidance .
