Objective: weak stomach , sputum gas exchange resistance \regimen combined spleen and regulating qi Sanjie Decoction efficacy for the treatment of advanced gastric cancer patients . Methods: The clinical diagnosis of 44 patients with advanced gastric cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups , the observation group ( chemotherapy combined with spleen and regulating qi Sanjie Decoction ) 22 cases , 22 cases of the control group ( chemotherapy alone ) , continuous observation of two cycles of chemotherapy after , the two groups were compared before and after treatment the size of the tumor lesions , the main symptoms , weight , quality of life Karnofsky score , QOL score , tumor markers CEA , CA19 -9 , CA24 -2 , immune function, and the emergence of toxicity . Results: spleen and regulating qi Sanjie Decoction combined with chemotherapy can better improve the clinical symptoms , stable and increase the weight , improve the quality of life , improve immune function and reduce tumor marker CEA , CA19 -9 , CA24 - 2 levels reduce toxicity , reduce and stabilize lesions , compared with chemotherapy alone group was no significant difference in the two groups of liver , renal damage is not obvious . Conclusion: spleen and regulating qi Sanjie Decoction combined with chemotherapy exact role in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer is worth further study .
