Abstract


Objective: standard evaluation based on imaging analysis of different decompression method the efficacy of surgical treatment of cervical spondylosis ; : Second Clinical Medical College of Shanxi Medical University admitted in November 2004 to October 2007 , 235 cases of cervical spondylosis surgery with complete information cases for analysis , a standard imaging evaluation , using different surgical methods for treatment : anterior and posterior surgery , anterior 1 to 3 discectomy and iliac bone graft / Cage / titanium mesh placed a titanium plate fixation, single or double vertebrectomy full cut iliac bone graft / titanium mesh placed plate fixation anterior discectomy and corpectomy surgery ; posterior line single door laminoplasty surgery style . Imaging evaluation , age, gender , and duration of the packet , to compare preoperative and postoperative JOA score and postoperative average rate of improvement , the evaluation of different methods of decompression postoperative effects . Results: 235 patients were followed up for 4 months to 3 years , an average of 18 months . All patients were improved JOA score , anterior and posterior surgery group can get a higher average rate of improvement . Between anterior decompression method , the average postoperative improvement rate was not statistically significant ( P > 0.05 ) between the different gender groups . Low age group the average improvement was higher than the younger group , the short duration of group average improvement rate in the long course group , the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05 ) . Conclusions: A posterior surgical treatment of cervical spondylosis significant effect, the key is to choose the correct surgical indications , complete decompression , fusion and reliable ; classification based on imaging evaluation of anterior cervical surgery , surgical , select 1 to 3 segment simple disc excision , vertebrae subtotal and total disc excision vertebrae subtotal surgical approach can achieve good surgical outcome .
