Abstract

Objective: To observe the peripheral blood leukocytes and serum heat shock protein 70 expression changes in patients with severe burns . To explore the role of intracellular and extracellular heat shock protein 70 expression in severe burns . Method : grouping : divided into normal recovery group after burns , burns after delayed resuscitation group and the healthy control group , 10 cases in each group . The RT-PCR method to detect the expression of peripheral blood leukocytes HSP70mRNA ; detected by ELISA in serum HSP70 content level . Results : ① RT-PCR test results Hint: the normal recovery group patients after injury HSP70 expression levels (1.2351 ± 0.3439) was significantly higher than the first day after injury ( 0.8711 ± 0.1751 ) (0.3978 ± 0.1139) , 21 days and control group (0.3287 ± 0.1047), the difference was statistically significant ( P lt; 0.05 ) ; 1 day after injury , HSP70 expression levels were also significantly higher than the first 21 days and the control group , the difference had statistical significance ( P lt ; 0.05 ); patients after injury, delayed resuscitation group 1 day , 3 days , HSP70 expression levels (1.2689 ± 0.2775) and (1.3832 ± 0.3001) was significantly higher than the first 21 days (0.4283 ± 0.1222) and the control group (0.3287 ± 0.1047 ), the difference was statistically significant ( P lt; 0.05 ) ; 3 days after injury , HSP70 expression levels slightly higher than the injury one day , but there was no significant difference ( P gt ; 0.05) . 21 days after the normal recovery group , delayed resuscitation group hurt HSP70 expression levels and the control group no significant difference ( P gt; 0.05 ) ; patients after injury, delayed resuscitation group one day HSP70 expression was significantly higher than in patients with normal recovery group 1 day after injury , HSP70 expression (P lt; 0.05). ② ELISA detection results prompt : early normal recovery group and delayed recovery group after injury in patients with serum HSP70 content significantly with the increase , the normal recovery group serum HSP70 content in 3 days after injury reached its peak , and delayed recovery group serum HSP70 content after injury 7 days reached a peak after peak apparent shift; subsequent serum HSP70 levels gradually decreased to near normal levels . Conclusion : After severe burns inside and outside the cells could be detected in the expression of HSP70 , severe burns can induce increased expression of HSP70 expression and burns disease development are closely related . HSP70 expression changes may have some role in the development of burns , burns after the body may have a protective effect has important clinical value in measuring the severity of the disease .
