Objective:To evaluate the effect of Atorvastatin on the treatment of hyperlipidemia.Methods:Methods:78 cases with hyperlipidemia were randomly allocated in to Observer Group,control group 1 and control group 2.Observer Group consisted of 38 cases,taking oral domestic Atorvastatin 10mg.qd.while control group 1 of 20 cases,taking oral imports Simvastatin 10mg.qd.And control group 2 of 20 cases,taking oral imports Simvastatin 10mg.qd. Treatment are eight weeks.Measurement blood lipids:total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) before and after premedication to determine its efficacy;record The blood,urine,then conventional liver function(ALT);renal function(Cr,BUN) before and after treatment to observe changes in its security.Results:Domestic atorvastatin 10 mg is better than imports Simvastatin simvastatin 10 mg(P＜0.05);Domestic atorvastatin 10 mg and 20 mg of imports simvastatin.There were no significant differences in the domestic atorvastatin 10 mg and 20 mg of imports simvastatin(P＞0.05);The three groups in the treatment of hyperlipidemia can significantly reduce TC,TG,LDL-C(P＜0.05);and increase the role of HDL-C.There were no significant adverse reactions in three groups.Compared with imports Simvastatin,,Domestic atorvastatin also has a price advantages.It can help the patients alleviate the financial burden of Long-term medication and improve compliance in the long-term lipid-lowering patients.Conclusion:Atorvastatin is an effective and safe lipid modulator.
