Abstract


Objective To investigate the Chinese people with primary biliary cirrhosis, autoimmune hepatitis overlap syndrome (PBC-AIH overlapsyndrome) clinical and pathological features , and awareness of the disease . Data overlap syndrome of primary biliary cirrhosis , \Results (1) PBC-AIH overlap syndrome occur in the middle-aged women , the male to female ratio of 1:7.3 , age of onset was 47.4 ± 10.8 years , the average duration of 35.4 months; (2) the main clinical symptoms and signs of fatigue , anorexia , jaundice , pruritus , hepatosplenomegaly ; ( 3 ) alanine aminotransferase enzyme ( ALT ) , aspartate aminotransferase the enzymatic ( AST ) , alkaline phosphatase (ALe), γ- glutamyl transferase peptide enzymes (GGT), immunoglobulin (IgM, IgG) was significantly higher than normal : (4 ) autoantibodies antinuclear antibodies ( ANA ) , a higher rate of positive anti-mitochondrial antibody (AMA) ; (5) pathological features at the same time contains pathological manifestations of pure PBC and AIH . Conclusions (1) PBC-AIH overlap syndrome patients with pure PBC and AIH patients compared with the age of onset , gender , disease duration, clinical manifestations , there is no significant difference in serum ALT ; (2) PBC-AIH overlap syndrome and AST levels were significantly higher than the PBC group , serum ALP and GGT levels were significantly higher than the AIH group : ( 3 ) AMA/AMA-M2 positive and high titer ANA immunological features of PBC-AIH overlap syndrome ; (4 ) the severe interface hepatitis or debris of necrosis in the histological diagnosis of PBC patients whether the merger AIH crucial bile duct lesions in patients with AIH PBC histological diagnosis is essential whether to merge .
