Abstract


Objective: To investigate hypertensive diastolic heart failure (DHF) in patients with brain natriuretic peptide (BNP), renin -angiotensin - aldosterone system (RAAS) changes in the level of heart function , and left ventricular mass index (LVMI), cardiac function grading the correlation analysis, observation BNP, RAAS is involved in the remodeling of DHF . Methods: ① a history of hypertension, without heart failure symptoms and signs, in line echocardiographic diagnosis of diastolic dysfunction , EF values ??of normal diastolic dysfunction (ADD) in 32 patients . ② history of hypertension , there are signs and symptoms of heart failure , in line with echocardiographic diagnosis of diastolic dysfunction , EF normal diastolic heart failure (DHF) in 32 patients . ③ the same period in the Second Hospital of Shanxi Medical University, 20 cases of healthy persons . These three groups of patients on echocardiographic evaluation . Ultrasound examination within 12 hours after blood samples were drawn , BNP levels by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay , RAAS level radio- immunoassay . With SPSS11.5 statistical analysis to P lt; 0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results: 1 , compared with normal subjects , ADD and DHF are present significant concentric left ventricular hypertrophy , but more significant structural changes in patients with DHF . 2, ADD and DHF patients and RAAS plasma BNP levels were significantly increased, were higher than the normal control group (P lt; 0.05), but the rate of increase was significantly lower than in patients with ADD patients with DHF . 3, ADD and DHF patients have plasma levels of BNP and RAAS with the degree of left ventricular diastolic dysfunction increases with . 4, LVMI and plasma levels of BNP and RAAS significantly correlated . Conclusion : 1, DHF patients with ADD BNP and RAAS were higher than normal control group, and the severity of heart dysfunction and increased. 2, BNP and RAAS could be used as hypertensive diastolic heart failure prognosis. 3, BNP and ventricular remodeling RAAS may be involved in DHF .
