Objective To observe the high-normal blood pressure in patients with normal blood pressure human serum high-sensitivity C -reactive protein (Hs-CRP) level differences and analyze two groups Hs-CRP and other cardiovascular disease risk factors correlation. Methods based on 2005 Chinese Hypertension Prevention Guide , choose high-normal blood pressure (120-139/80-89mmHg) 87 patients in the control group was normotensive (<120/80mmHg) 70 cases Measurement of serum high-sensitivity C -reactive protein (Hs-CRP), fasting blood glucose (FBG), triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), body mass index (BMI) and other indicators. Hs-CRP in serum by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was measured . Results Compared with normal control group , isolated systolic high-normal blood pressure group (SBP 120-139mmHg DBP <80 mmHg) Hs-CRP levels were significantly higher than the control group [(1.40 ± 0.24) mg / L vs (0.93 ± 0.41 ) mg / L, P <0.05]. Compared with normal control group , high-normal blood pressure group TC, FBG, BIM levels were significantly increased (P <0.05). Spearman's correlation analysis showed that , Hs-CRP and TC, TG, BMI, FBG were positively correlated (P <0.05). Conclusion Compared with normal control group , isolated systolic blood pressure in patients with high-normal serum Hs-CRP levels were significantly increased, suggesting that patients with high-normal blood pressure have been involved in the inflammatory response . Between the two groups , TC, TG, BMI, FBG and other cardiovascular disease risk factors were significantly different , Hs-CRP was positively correlated with these factors , suggesting that high-normal blood pressure is not only a change in blood pressure levels , and risk factors and target organ damage markers changed. Therefore, in patients with high-normal blood pressure -related laboratory tests to be done to assess target organ damage and cardiovascular risk factors for cardiovascular risk stratification, the development of rational treatment.
