Abstract


With the growing concern about the mental health of students, mental health nursing students (hereinafter referred to as nursing students) more and more attention of scholars. Good psychological situation not only at this stage of the nursing students learning, life, and for its future development, and even the impact on patient health are crucial, so the emphasis on the psychological conditions of nursing students to improve the overall quality of nursing students and has an important role in the future of nursing students. Objective: This paper aims to study the current situation of Shanxi Medical University, a mental health care professional college, undergraduate and graduate students and their correlation with Parenting Style, and provide a theoretical basis for the colleges and universities students' mental health education, counseling and treatment, but also for Mental Health Development Plan (EMSH) provide a theoretical basis for the introduction of mental health education of nursing students. The object of study: the Shanxi Medical care professional college, undergraduate and graduate a total of 528 people. 28 boys and 500 girls; 346 182 liberal arts, science; 207 towns, 321 villages; one-child of 65, 463 non-one-child; college students 168 undergraduate students 300 people, 60 graduate students . Methods: cluster sampling Shanxi Medical care professional college, undergraduate and graduate level students a total of 528 people, the Symptom Checklist (SCL-90) Parenting Style Scale (EMBU), the amount of simple coping table the (SCSQ) and the self-prepared questionnaire the corporate questionnaire data obtained using SPSS 13.0 software package for statistical analysis and comparison to understand the different levels of mental health nursing students, and on the investigation results to parents rearing patterns and response manner correlation and regression analysis. Results: 1. Mental health nursing students was significantly worse than the national norm, but higher than that of ordinary college students psychological problems was 1.14%. Nursing students in mental health, there are significant gender, grade, education, urban and rural differences. The lower level of mental health care girls; nursing graduate the highest level of mental health; the college first grade and undergraduate twenty-three grade level of mental health nursing students is relatively high; relatively low level of rural mental health nursing students. Nursing students in parenting the way there is a significant gender, urban and rural areas, only children and educated and parents of different cultural differences. Punishment Care boys feel the father, the father too much interference more; parents prefer more rural nursing students feel; urban nursing students and parents of the one-child nursing students feel more warmth and understanding; relative to tertiary nursing graduate nursing students perceived parental warmth and understanding, more the father punished severely, excessive interference father, my father refused to deny, overly protective mother and father excessive interference less overly protective feelings; relative to undergraduate nursing students, feelings more to the father of warmth and understanding father punishment, less father overly protective feelings; With the parents' level of education increased, more nursing students feel the warmth and understanding, and the punishment, refused to deny excessive protection and preference on less. Nursing students there are significant gender and educational differences in coping styles. Care boys use more positive ways of coping; nursing graduate college nursing students, the former is more positive ways of coping. Nursing students in mental health score and father emotional warmth and understanding was a significant negative correlation between punishment with his father, the father is overly intrusive, the father refused to deny, overly protective father, mother excessive interference and protection, punishment mother, the mother refused to deny parenting way and negative coping style was a significant positive correlation. Nursing students parental emotional warmth understand and actively respond to the factor showed a significant positive correlation; father too much interference, the mother refused to deny and actively respond to factor showed a significant negative correlation; father punished severely, father favored subjects, his father refused to deny father excessive protection mother refused to deny that the the punishment mother, mother favoring subject with a negative response factor was a significant positive correlation. Nursing students parenting styles, coping style has a direct or indirect effect on the level of mental health. Negative response to his father and overly protective mother overly intrusive direct impact on the level of mental health; actively respond to the indirect effects of the level of mental health. Conclusions: The nursing students in the area of ??mental health there are some problems, and there is a significant gender, grade, education, urban and rural differences. Nursing students in parenting the way there is a significant gender, urban and rural areas, only children and educated and parents of different cultural differences. Nursing students there are significant gender and educational differences in coping styles. Nursing students in mental health and parental rearing and coping style there is a significant correlation. 5. Parenting Style nursing students to respond to a direct or indirect effect on the level of mental health.
