Objective: To analyze 230 cases of children with recurrent respiratory infections disease risk factors . Methods: A case-control study , July 2009 - July 2010 at the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University, outpatient and inpatient treatment of 230 cases of recurrent respiratory tract infections in children , and the same period 240 cases of child health care in our hospital outpatient health examination of healthy children , respectively, as the case group and the control group , information collection ( including age, gender, premature birth, whether breastfeeding, study whether there is a family history , whether nursery or school, whether the level of the mother culture of college and above ) , the whole Determination of trace elements in the blood , hemoglobin and serum pneumoniae , Chlamydia antibody . Measurement data using t test , count data using χ2 test, test level α = 0.05, between the two groups were compared. Results: χ2 test case group and control group in addition to gender (P = 0.518) between the two groups was not statistically significant , the remainder term ( premature P = 0.014; breastfeeding , P = 0.002; family history , P = 0.004; inhale second-hand smoke , P = 0.014; nursery or school , P = 0.007; misuse of antibiotics , P = 0.000; female college and higher education , P = 0.048; anemia , P = 0.036; mycoplasma antibody positive , P = 0.000; Chlamydia antibody positive , P = 0.000 ) , the two groups were statistically significant : the case group and control group were divided into ( 6 months to 2 years old, 3 years old to 5 years old , 6 years old to 8 years old ) three age between the two groups after the t-test , Zu, Fe, Ca three elements , P values less than 0.05, the difference was statistically significant ; Cu, Mg two elements , P values were greater than 0.05 , the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion: prematurity, non- breastfeeding, family history, passive smoking , nursery or school, misuse of antibiotics, female tertiary qualifications , anemia , mycoplasma antibodies, chlamydia antibodies, zinc deficiency , iron deficiency , calcium deficiency in children with recurrent respiratory tract infections disease risk factors .
