Abstract


Era in the development , social progress and people's living standards greatly improved , more and more attention to people on their own lives , the health care thought has become a hot topic . Min Yide the famous Taoist scholar of the Qing Dynasty , the writings of AGF , his the inner alchemy health thinking is simple, and today there is still a certain referential significance . This paper is divided into an introduction, body , conclusion of three parts , the main contents are as follows: Introduction describes the situation of today 's domestic and foreign scholars Min Yide research areas for further in-depth and broaden , and to study Min Yide nedan health thinking the academic estimation of the value . The text is divided into three parts . The first part focuses on the Min Yide 's life and writings , which focuses on social background narrative of his thought , the birth and death Dynasty , monasticism Chronicle and writings Dynasty .
