Abstract


Objective:To repeatedly TCM children with respiratory tract infection, and physical parting the peripheral blood on vitamin A, this paper discusses the determination of TCM type of constitution and children called serum vitamin A relationship.Methods:60 patients with recurrent respiratory infection with TCM type of constitution, and peripheral blood into vitamin A detection,The data used SPSS15.0 for windows statistical software to analyze and process;Serum vitamin A was measured using Waters HPLC(In this study, and tested by the Shenyang Center of Maternal and Child Health).Results:1.60 patients with recurrent children with respiratory tract infection, TCM type of constitution uneven distribution of gas Yin two empty mass (46.7%), Yin deficiency mass (30%), deficiency of mass (20%) which is seen, other type of constitution is rare.2.Three observation group than those in serum vitamin A levels were decreased,According to Qi deficiency - yin deficiency - Yin Deficiency decreasing order of quality,the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:1.60 patients with recurrent children with respiratory tract infection, TCM type of constitution uneven distribution of gas Yin two empty mass (46.7%), Yin deficiency mass (30%), Qi deficiency mass (20%) is more common.2.Qualitative, Yin deficiency of qi and Yin qualitative and two empty qualitative three physical types of after feeling son serum vitamin A low level of control group all have certain degree of disorders or reduced.3.Whether serum vitamin A levels of physical types can be divided objective target remains to further study.
