Abstract


Discussed in this article includes two parts, one is the core value of arbitration , the other part of the arbitral tribunal composed of arbitration core values ??, the author discusses the problems of the arbitral tribunal Perspective . Arbitration with a variety of value pursuit and numerous pursuit of value can be classified , some value known as the fundamental value of arbitration , the way of the pursuit of value have identity and other dispute resolution , some value is unique arbitration irreplaceable. This article the author demonstrates the three core values ??of the arbitration , the first core value is the autonomy of the second core value is professional third core value is international . Arbitral tribunal composed of the most important in the whole arbitration system , it directly determines the quality of the arbitration . Arbitral tribunal , including the scope of the arbitrator , the number of the arbitral tribunal , arbitrator selected with the contents of the designated arbitrator avoidance etc. . In this paper, the three core values ??of arbitration as a starting point , demonstrated through a comparative approach , the contents of the above four aspects . At the same time , the combination of China 's arbitration system requirements and practice conditions put forward several concrete proposals on improving our system of the composition of the arbitral tribunal . This paper is divided into four chapters . Chapter reasonable from the arbitration system demonstrates the core values ??of the arbitration . The implementation of specific content as well as the composition of the second chapter describes the arbitral tribunal , including the States and in various arbitration institutions arbitral tribunal system requires practice . The third chapter is around Arbitration core values ??set forth in Chapter , in order to demonstrate the content of the composition of the arbitral tribunal . Chapter by analyzing the status quo and comparative studies propose our improvement on the composition of the arbitral tribunal .
