Abstract


Harmonious society is a major theme of today's China . Requires building a harmonious society through a variety of methods , more proactive to face contradictions, resolve conflicts, the maximum increase harmonious factors and reduce disharmonious factors to obtain long-term peace and stability of society . The criminal reconciliation as an important way of building a harmonious society , Temper Justice with Mercy Criminal Policy and the way should be run through the entire process of the criminal proceedings . Public security organs in the investigation stage, the diversification of the limited application of criminal reconciliation to resolve conflicts and maintain stability , to safeguard the interests of victims , corrective crime perpetrators resocialization , the full restoration of the balance is broken , the dispute settlement mechanism way and Humility and value of the criminal law is of great significance . This article on how to correctly understand the criminal reconciliation , and then the police Criminal Investigation Stage norms applicable criminal reconciliation put forward their own views . Mainly composed of three parts by the introduction, body and conclusion . Which body part is the focus of this article , four chapters are discussed . To sort out the meaning of the Criminal Reconciliation System depth study of the background and theoretical basis of the stage of application on the basis of the applicability of this system in our investigation stage described , and proposes specific methods of application of criminal reconciliation in our investigation stage and improve the system, to the benefit of the system in the police investigation stage applies .
