Abstract


The right to personal liberty is a basic human rights, civil rights , criminal suspects by law and equal enjoyment of the right to personal liberty . China in the protection of the right to personal liberty of suspects there are many defects as soon as possible to improve the protection of the right to personal liberty and relief of the suspects , in order to speed up the process of democracy and the rule of law in China , narrowing the gap with the Western rule of law in the protection of human rights in developed countries , should the legal system . The issue of human rights of the suspects has been to focus on the areas of domestic and international human rights scholars , and the right to personal liberty of suspects and very little independent research from a human rights , the article is this perspective of theoretical innovation .
