Open criminal proceedings is an important system, in any rule by law country, the system as the basic principles of criminal proceedings, either in our country, from the Constitution to the Code of Criminal Procedure clearly a "public trial" of the basic system, from the administration of justice practice point of view, the judiciary are also stressed and publicity in the so-called "open, fair, impartial, credible," the principle of judicial principles and cases.
