Abstract


Objective to explore the placenta fetal surface cyst diagnosis, risk assessment and management. Methods after 20 weeks gestation cyst prenatal ultrasound placenta fetal face tracking observation and the end of follow-up in 18 cases of pregnant women. The result is a kind of benign cyst secondary placenta placenta fetal surface tumor, 18 cases of pregnant women found the placenta fetal surface cyst average size was (5.2 + 2.8) cm. Tracking observation placenta fetal surface cyst 18 cases, of which the induced labor in 1 case, and give up spuc in 1 case, neonatal 16 cases of normal childbirth, including premature in 1 case due to pale asphyxia to abandon rescue, prognosis is good. Conclusions ultrasound can to placenta fetal surface cyst diagnosis in prenatal, placenta fetal surface cyst usually needs no special treatment, regular follow-up ultrasound during pregnancy, and found abnormal situation timely adaptation measures for reducing the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcome is of great importance.
