Abstract

Sino-Indian strategic partnership in the construction of the mechanism means that the two countries in accordance with the expected relations between the two countries in specific areas of the binding nature of the establishment of institutional arrangements and the sum of the rules of engagement. From the areas covered by these mechanisms point of view, which includes not only political, border security, economic, energy, military and other national interests of the "hard" part, but also culture, tourism, non-governmental exchanges, such as relatively "soft" part, highlighted the a comprehensive, strategic characteristics of the main mechanisms which arrangements are as follows: on the border of the Special Representative of the negotiation mechanism for strategic dialogue mechanism, the mechanism of Sino-Indian celebrities forum, financial dialogue mechanism, G8+5 cooperation mechanisms have demonstrated a good development momentum, effectively protects the development of Sino-Indian relations and promote bilateral cooperation in various fields and increase in strength, the increases in China and India’s international status and international influence, as well as China and India pushed forward with the other emerging developing countries in cooperation with remarkable results.Mechanism for the construction of China and India is still the main problems is that the Sino-Indian strategic mutual trust between the two sides is not enough conflict in the region and security interests, the United States, as well as the impact characteristics of the mechanism itself, factors and so on. Although Sino-Indian strategic cooperation mechanisms are faced with many problems. However, the exchange of China and India are the areas and areas to the depth and breadth continues to expand. Construction of the mechanism of Sino-Indian relations is the strategic partnership between the two countries a reasonable extension of the overall strategy is built on, not partial, is a long-term, rather than expediency. Sino-Indian strategic cooperation homogeneity, complementarity and coordination of a large extent, the mechanism will ensure that the construction of the two sides along the track of stable positive interaction forward.
