Abstract


Politics ethics thought is always an important problem of our ethics community. The Chinese thinker and statesmen in history , elucidate politics thought contacting with ethics thought together, they take politics thought as ideal go after ,take ethics thought as code of conduct, the ethics thought having formed the Chinese politics having a characteristic alone, is that the ideal reforms society with politics , life , the at last are summed up to "to ruling the country and giving peace to the world" with codes of ethics norm. Politics ethics be that organic ethics having political inclination and politics having ethics inclination combines, its idea studying the politics value mainly and content such as purpose , regime rationality , politics operating mechanism and ideal statesman ethics. These thought also embodies to some extent in the Sang Hongyang thought.The Sang Hongyang politics ethics thought philosophy basis is day Taoist temple and the theory of human nature. That person uses personal influence originally from the interest rate , what human being is engaged in all is "to avoid meeting evil for moving towards an interest rate". According to "person the theory of human nature viewpoint originally from the interest rate,", Sang Hongyang has taken interest rate of monarch as one’s own post , he has constructed a set of the utilitarianism politics value system. Regime ethics joining here having suggested that "the heavy penalty " is core with law further on the basis. He realized that history is unceasingly, to change and develop. He pays attention to having arrived at severity of penalty to keeping the deterrent force diversity committing a crime within limits , this heavy penalty thought is beneficial to strengthening ruler controlling to the public and , consolidates feudalism that time centralization system , defends stable social development order.Now that the Sang Hongyang politics ethics thought having a positive factor, both and have negative factor. Therefore, it require that we are all-round , the reason coming treats , whose dross is dislodged and , is use the structure coming to drive harmonious society of socialism’s whose cream to build.
