Abstract


Analysis and discussion of the current West Coast Economic Zone (hereinafter referred to as the \The study was conducted in three social context to start by outlining relevant national vocational Construction of Teachers Research In Motion , the point of view of the research focused on the \teachers discussion and contact the personnel system reform being implemented , post management concept thesis . Through the analysis of post management positions , employee assessment theory and theoretical training three human resource management basic theory to clarify the implementation of the post management process . And on the basis of the analysis of the status of the \Paper is always around the thesis was initiated research in order to meet the requirements for the development of vocational education , to ensure the quality of education of higher vocational education , the establishment of a high-quality higher vocational education teachers ; same time, the study also reflects teachers the building is in order to promote the formation of the core competitiveness of the vocational college , promote faculty professional development , and promote the vocational college to achieve its social function three .
