Abstract


Objectives To analyze and evaluate the factors and the feasibility of urinary Cys C determination, and explore clinical significance of Urinary cystatin C(CysC)in impaired renal function.Methods The serous creatinine (SCr), serous CysC, and Urinary Cystatin C were detected for 130 patients with kidney disease and 100 control sample in automatic clinical chemistry analyzer (Hitachi 7600-020.Results:Methods and different segments of urine specimens from urine had no effect on uinary Cys C concentration; No significant differences were found between the concentrations of Serum Cys C, uinary Cys C and the age and sex of patients; The healthy controls reference range of uinary Cys C was 0.08～0.14 mmol/L, mean±SD was 0.11±0.031mmol/L; The mean levels uinary CysC, serous CysC and SCr increased gradually with renal hypofunction. Moreover, uinary CysC is positive with these two indexes; uinary CysC is a more sensitive marker to reflect the kidney impairment.Conclusion Compare with SCr and serous CysC, Urinary CysC is more sensitive to evaluate the inchoate damages on renal function, detecting uinary CysC is more benefitul for Kidney Diseases Diagnosis。
