Abstract


Automation technology continues to evolve and industrial Ethernet technology in a wide range of applications of the production workshop, at the same time improve production efficiency for the enterprise shop floor has brought a large number of manufacturing and testing equipment. Wide variety of shop floor field device interface is different, each device needs to know each other and adapt to their relationship other device parameters, status and other information, or can not even work properly. The other hand, the shop floor network often is dynamic, with the application of change, equipment repair or replacement to adjust the configuration of the network. Therefore needs to have adequate technical means to support such adjustment or change, so that networks and devices can work more efficiently. Diversity and shop floor special network of field devices, to achieve timely and effective management of on-site equipment and shop floor network put forward higher requirements. In the field of network management, Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) architecture because of its design is simple, easy to implement, has been the support and widely used by many manufacturers, has become the de facto industry standard. Therefore, the SNMP protocol for the management of networks and field devices on the shop floor, is of great significance to improve the efficiency of enterprise management, is also a hot research topic. Network characteristics and field devices for shop floor management needs, analysis of the research status at home and abroad on the network management technology, general network management software and shop floor network management solutions. On this basis, the introduction of generic network management technology - SNMP network management model shop floor network management, shop floor SNMP-based network management solutions, designed the the program overall system architecture, and analyzes the key issues of the program . Summed up on the basis of in-depth analysis of the field devices on the shop floor may take possession of the station controller SNMP agent management needs. For this management needs, according to the station controller system resources, design the architecture of the station controller SNMP agent, and to analyze the function of each module. Management needs with the Structure of Management Information (SMI) limitations for non-IP devices, improved SMI structure. Built in inductive station controller SNMP agent managed objects based on the agent's MIB library, the agent trap messages are defined. On the basis of in-depth analysis on the characteristics of the mainstream development tools, Software Development Kit, NET-SNMP SNMP agent on the station controller. Finally, a brief introduction to system solutions with the agent system in the implementation of a motorcycle manufacturing enterprises, the program benefits and promotion of value to the enterprise were analyzed.
