Abstract


As market competition intensifies, the major domestic carriers are increasing emphasis on customer service satisfaction, adopt various means to obtain network operational indicators, and increased broadband IP MAN network for each service quality assessment efforts , China Telecom Group has two consecutive years on a regular basis to the provinces broadband customer service quality assessment, China Netcom, China Railcom and other operators also have similar needs. Broadband IP MAN network quality assessment system is arising in the context of this demand. System through the numeric key business indicators collected through pre-set grading strategy, drawn assessment scores. Parent unit through the examination system to produce results, you can subordinate units operated by broadband IP MAN service quality evaluation and assessment. The main task of this paper is to study the network quality assessment system design as well as in practical application. Papers from the network management and quality assessment based on management theory, combined with network quality monitoring and performance analysis system two basic needs of key business indicators and planning system functional structure; Then, to further describe the system acquisition mode indicators, targets calculations, and according to the specific needs analysis to design a system function implementations; Finally, the practical application of case examples to illustrate the deployment of the system and application.
