Abstract


Mobile voice business gradually tends to saturation, data service has become the mobile communication enterprise new business growth. But as a result of data services exist "target users dispersion", "time continuity long" characteristics, how to improve data service market seepage force? How to positioning mobile data service target user group? How to targeted on data service marketing? These are mobile operators need to consider problems. Combining with the sichuan mobile data service development actual situation, based on the integration of business data, user data classification warehousing, behavior model structures, front end business show, to achieve data business analysis system construction. This paper firstly summary the sichuan mobile service departments to support the needs of the fine marketing system, analyzes the existing data business statistics platform quality. Secondly, to early to the needs of the collection and collation of and according to the group related standard planning and design data business analysis system and business process. The whole design comply with high efficiency, high mobility design principles, each module function boundary between clearly and reserve enough patulous space. Finally in the detailed design and implementation, and further detailed the requirements, design a suitable for the analysis of mobile data service support system, further support the development of the mobile data service, improve the competitiveness of the company.
