Abstract


To address the various stages of the product life cycle of decision corresponding to the supply chain and supply chain postponement strategy specific implementation issues. This paper carried out the following four aspects: First, according to the delay in the supply chain strategy can be implemented in the production process inventory point delay, delay the manufacturing process, completely delay in the implementation of logistics distribution process delayed the classification method, under the concept of a comprehensive supply chain, to build a production and logistics based on the delay of the six types of supply chains: Order the production of centralized supply chain, order production of the decentralized supply chain, according to the manufacturing process latency centralized supply chain, according to decentralized manufacturing process delayed supply chain inventory produced by centralized supply chain-stock decentralized supply chain. Second, considering the domestic and foreign scholars on the impact of the supply chain production and logistics both decision variables analyzed, summarized the three main decision-making supply chain demand: species diversity, the number of species and demand volatility. According to different needs of the life cycle under these three characteristic changes, making the corresponding supply chain type. Third, in order to solve the supply chain postponement strategy specific implementation issues, this article focuses postponement strategy's core decision-making - Customer Order Decoupling Point (CODP: Customer Order Decoupling Point) positioned to conduct research. First, build the overall delay policy enforcement architecture. Then quantitative analysis as a starting point, considering the production system and supply chain logistics system with CODP change-related costs and shortest delivery problem customers, some delays were established strategic decision model based on production delays CODP positioning strategy decision model based logistics postponement strategy CODP positioning decision model, the global supply chain postponement strategy CODP positioning decision model, which can be making the same batch of orders under what proportion of each product postponement strategy can be implemented, what percentage can stock production, as well as the entire supply chain production system optimal CODP positioning point, the logistics system optimal CODP positioning point, the shortest time to complete customer orders. Fourth, a car seat factory supply chain processes as a case, the delay in the supply chain strategy implementation architecture model was validated by analysis of all decision-making. The results show that: According to this architecture implemented on the entire supply chain postponement strategy can effectively solve customer demand fluctuations as well as the problem of low productivity enterprises.
