Abstract


The famous investor -Warren Buffett is the great practicer of value investing theory. He begins with analysis on enterprise’s financial statement, study enterprise’s management and long-term competitive strength, and appraise the intrinsic value on the above basis. The present research of Buffett focus on single and macroscopical lay of basic investing thought and idea. This thesis concentrate on Buffett’s investment behavior on the microcosmic, integrate the companies Buffett invested, extract the common characteristic, summarize the investment model and put up the whole theory system of thoughts and methods.
