Abstract


With economic globalization, as one important aspect in the value chain, the China’s export processing enterprises are affected more and more by the international economic environment. Merchandise price on the international market, the global financial crisis, the appreciation of the RMB and other factors on production and management of export enterprises have had a larger impact.First of all, this thesis analyzes the operational risks arising from economic background about export companies, the market environment facing proceed to the domestic foreign trade policy changing on the formation of the impact of business operations, adjustment of export tax rebate rate for export sectors.Under the surrounding of high degree of dependence on foreign trade, China’s foreign trade and foreign trade enterprises have the features and drawbacks. Followed by an analysis of the "Labor Law" implemented, the aging of the population accelerated by under the background of rising labor costs on the export of business risks and international trade payment risk characteristics of different shape.In this paper, the international macroeconomic environment risk characteristics are analyzed. The analysis focused on the international market for agricultural products and oil and other energy prices on the export processing enterprises purchasing costs, transport costs; appreciation of the RMB to business import and export product prices, profit levels and industrial structure, the impact of employment; and the financial crisis caused by the enterprise market lack of demand risk.For severe domestic and international economic situation, China’s export processing enterprises urgently need to take measures to avoid risks, defuse the crisis. Finally thesis to HR for example, export enterprises in accordance with the status quo, from corporate strategy and business strategy point of view, put forward to deal with fluctuations in raw material prices, the RMB exchange rate fluctuations and market risk measures of uncertainty.The object of this thesis research is a "foundry OEM" enterprise of developed areas in eastern China, and its operational risks are faced by many Chinese small and medium-sized export-processing enterprises that they are facing. This thesis wishes to address the plight of the risk to the HR Company at the same time, small and medium-sized OEM business can be for reference.
