Abstract


Since the 1970s, the global information based wave had rolled up the world. Enterprise Information is developing in breadth and depth. It was constantly deepened from macroscopic and microcosmic aspects. At present, Information Industry has become the pillar industry of national economy in developed countries. Information power has become the important guideline to scale the comprehensive national strength and international competitive capacity of a country. From the early 1980s, the informatization of our country started to develop when adjusting the economic structure. It is represented as introducing computer technique, and developing the application of the computer technique and equipments. According to the present situation, the Enterprise informatization level of our country is a little lower, the success ratio is not very high, and it is adverse for the development of the integer economy level of our country.Informatization of Heilongjiang province began at early 1980s, developed in 1990s. In the aspects of Information infrastructure and the development of Information resource and the correlation rule and law, Heilongjiang Province has acquired a good result. The Information technique has applied in national economy and many aspects of society, the Informatization construction has reached a certain scale.However, it is facing a series of difficulties, people has not reached a consensus in the aspects of estimate in Enterprise Information level and Information benefit. In 2002, National Evaluation Center brought out the first information indicator system of our country,it is Informatization indicator system for Chinese Enterprise, it aims to evaluate the level of the information development and application. However, this system has eliminated the specialty of industries. It evaluated the common information specialty of all industries, so,it is imperfect to some certain industry. Therefore, at present it is necessary to build a system which is scientific, systemic and pointed.The agricultural products processing enterprise is the pillar industries of Heilongjiang.The benefit of the industry influences the developing of economy of Heilongjiang province directly.The development of the enterprise is powered by enterprise informatization construction.The informatization evaluation system will evaluate the level and the shortage of the enterprise informatization.It is important to the development of Heilongjiang province.Because of the difference of every area,the difference type of the industry, so we need build the Heilongjiang province agricultural products processing enterprise information evaluation system. The content of the paper contain these parts:(1)Expounding the purpose and the significance of carrying the information evaluation in Heilongjiang province, and expounding the actuality of research of the scholars in the world to the enterprise information, and advancing the methods of the research. (2)It expounds the correlation rationale. (3)It expounds the actuality of the Information construction of Agricultural Products Processing Enterprises in Heilongjiang province. (4)It builds the information evaluation indicator system of Agricultural Products Processing Enterprises in Heilongjiang province according to the actuality.(5)Bring out the method of evaluating the system, and introducing the steps of the method.
