Abstract


Chinese transnational enterprises operating on the road began in 1979 , nearly 30 years of development , China 's multinational enterprises beginning to take shape . With the deepening of the degree of opening to the outside world , the overseas investment of Chinese enterprises , the ability and opportunity to participate in the international division of labor , increasing overseas investment enthusiasm increases , however , the Chinese government is not in place in policy management , imperfect relevant laws and regulations , overseas the investment performance of the overall disorder , lack of overall development potential transnational business . Existing international investment theory , multi discuss the behavior of multinational operations in developed countries , and is not suitable for the specific situation of Chinese enterprises . The multinational development of Chinese enterprises exist with their own unique advantages and disadvantages , and worthy of us to think deeply about how the Chinese enterprises to solve these problems . Multinational companies have become the main international economic activities in the context of economic globalization , China's modernization entails the development of a modern multinational company , choose the location and what kind of Chinese enterprises to enter the international market entry mode , so as to promote the development of China's economy these issues has important theoretical and practical significance to solve these problems , have a proactive role in the multinational development of China's enterprises . In this paper, through the establishment of the location choice model and learn from the advanced investment theory and regional comparison of the various entry modes , choice theory , combined with the analysis of the the domestic corporate status quo and the foreign market environment , according to the Chinese enterprise's own strengths and weaknesses , in the fight for international limited resources optimal allocation of resources , to ponder the problems encountered in the process of entry mode and multinational operations , and China 's multinational enterprises and the corresponding countermeasures , and the corresponding case study aimed at China 's multinational enterprises to select the general location and suitable for the area bit market entry mode , and on DEA / AHP model location choice process integrated use of explore .
