Abstract


This article through the promotion and application of the the Northern Telecom MSS system analysis . The main contents are: program based on the analysis of the Nortel MSS system construction background and Northern Telecom information systems overall construction and propulsion of the necessity of Nortel MSS system and system building goals . Brief introduction to the SAP company and its products , and to explore the financial management of the SAP system , project management, human resources management, statistical analysis related processes , and related functions . The study by the SAP software overall program implementation , project management to achieve the project life cycle management , purchasing inventory management to strengthen the procurement centralized management and inventory unified management , the deepening financial management financial management model of centralized accounting , human resources management to enhance organizational and job structure system management , to strengthen the dynamic personnel and personnel information management , to clear salaries accounting system , the statistical management improve the flexibility and accuracy of the statistical analysis , in order to achieve the purpose to improve the management level . This paper discusses the lessons learned of the Northern Telecom in the system -building programs and systems to promote . Through the study of the second phase of construction of the MSS system , to solve the existing problems in the system applications . Also explore the application of the system and some difficulty , and proposes a method to deal . Through the above analysis and discussion in this article , to achieve in practice - Summary - raise the purpose of making the system better for Northern Telecom , and to provide a reference for other enterprises to promote the application of information systems .
