Abstract


Objective:Summary evaluation of percutaneous vertebroplasty and kyphoplasty for the treatment of osteoporotic compression fractures of the differences in clinical efficacy,And to explore differences in postoperative recovery of the indicators, Provide the theoretical basis for clinical application,Choice of doctors for clinical reference。Methods: Shandong Province Spinal Orthopedic Medical University Hospital treated osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture patients, Application of PVP or PKP treatment, According to information before and after surgery, Analysis of results of operations and the factors that may affect the operation..Result: After 24 hours, two pain visual analogue scale (VAS),Activities of daily living score (barthel index),Compared with the preoperative difference was statistically significant (P <0.05)。VAS scores between the two groups and compared barthel index score difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05)。After two sets of front and middle vertebral height and Cobb angle improved loss ratio,PVP compared with the preoperative group difference was not significant (P> 0.05); PKP compared with the preoperative group difference was significant (P <0 05).。Conclusion:Percutaneous vertebroplasty and percutaneous kyphoplasty treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral fractures can be reduced to improve the clinical symptoms rapidly,Improve the quality of life。PVP group of simple, short operation time, is effective and cheap, conducive to the promotion application;Percutaneous kyphoplasty to restore a certain degree of vertebral height and correct the disease kyphosis,However, longer operation time, the price is more expensive。
