Abstract


With the rapid development of the global economy and the continuous progress of science and technology , projects, especially large projects the technical complexity of the increasing requirements of the investors in the project construction quality , construction period , investment returns are increasing . Making the project organization and management and project process management ( implementation begins from the project plan to the successful development of scientific and technological achievements and delivery process management between the owners ) has become the key to determining the success of major R \u0026 D projects . Large-scale research and development projects in addition to the above characteristics , international technical barriers to protect its more technical updates quickly and diversity characteristics influencing factors , making the results more uncertainty there is more , project organization and management , and process management great difficulty. How to improve the effectiveness of the process of management of large-scale research and development projects to improve the probability of success of R \u0026 D projects , and has become a topic of enterprises engaged in related industries . Any research and development projects , including a large number of interdependent processes , this interdependence , interdependent relationship is quite complex . In this paper, three characteristics of the open complex giant system targeted workflow of the product development process to establish , through its process analysis and control , by the complexity of the analysis and decomposition process , reduce administrative tasks , and ultimately reach for the improvement and optimization of the process . Thereby effectively eliminating rework after the completion of the product design , the adverse effects of large changes to shorten product development cycles , reduce product cost and improve product quality purposes , to enhance the new product development capability and competitiveness in the market . In this paper, LCD glass substrate production line R \u0026 D projects , and carry out a detailed analysis of its project management process through the use of workflow tools , workflow analysis method are summarized feasibility of experience in process management of large-scale research and development projects , and also gives a effective process management method for large-scale R \u0026 D project management .
