Abstract


With the acceleration of the process of international and marketization of enterprises in the process of development is facing serious challenges, both new projects need to continue to maintain a corporate survival, at the same time they need a good grasp of every opportunity to ensure the sustainable development of enterprises companies need to constantly choose between survival and development. No doubt, there is no survival no development, no development will lose the meaning of life. In this paper, the typical project management methodology involved in the business management process foreign, domestic development project management simple, and then focus on analysis of the project portfolio management theory and application status. Combination of IT enterprise operating characteristics, and in-depth analysis of the survival of the state of the IT companies in China, described the research and application of China's IT enterprise project portfolio management, application mode summary of the project portfolio management in IT companies, followed by the specification of IT companies and the necessity of the development of the project portfolio management analysis, on the basis of the analysis of the project portfolio management theory at the same time, demonstrate the importance of portfolio management for the survival and development of the IT companies proposed the model of the IT enterprise project portfolio management. This paper attempts to explore an effective project portfolio management model for IT enterprise development, and thus be able to make a better analysis of the IT companies in the project early and avoid risks, the IT companies in the process of implementation of the project in the face of the operation of multiple projects integration consider. This paper argues that the project portfolio management is playing an increasingly important role. The focus from IT companies facing human resources, capital, time, and quality requirements of the different aspects of project portfolio management, project portfolio management model for enterprises to bring the overall revenue maximization, and how to avoid the risk of business analysis and demonstration . Prove IT enterprise project portfolio management model to optimize the selection of projects to become the lifeblood of business survival and development. Finally, the combination of the actual situation of the Beijing the Guoxin soft Branch Union Technology Co., Ltd., the empirical analysis of the project portfolio management model.
