Abstract


Objective: To investigate the clinical study \Methods: The closed reduction cannulated screw fixation of femoral neck fractures were 69 cases , according to different methods of postoperative functional exercise will be divided into three groups : A, B , respectively, under the guidance of the physician groups with different activity levels ( including functional exercise time , intensity and frequency , etc. ) functional exercises , C group patients in the AO painless guided by the principles of early functional exercises independently .
