Owing to the acrylic fiber wastewater with high concentration and refractory degraded low molecular polymer, and biggish harm to circumstance, so the COD of biochemical treatment for the sewage was very difficult to meet national effluent concentration limit. So this thesis emphasized chemical pretreatment coupling with biotreament to disposal the acrylic fiber wastewater of contamination, i.e. chemical pretreatment was used to improved biodegradability of acrylic fiber wastewater and biotreament was used to eliminate residual contamination so as to meet national effluent concentration limit. If the disposed wastewater can be applied as regenerator water, it will reduce both environment pollution and a large amount of cost.Micro-electrolysis and Fenton oxidization are common methods in the processing of organic wastewater. The experimental results showed: both of them can effectively improve biodegradability of acrylic fiber wastewater. Micro-electrolysis of research shows, with the condition that pH value is 3, reaction time is 2 hours, no aeration, micro-electrolysis technology could efficiently dispose the contamination of acrylic fiber wastewater , and biodegradability raised from 0.1 to 0.2 .The pH value, catalyst, oxidant and reaction time were used to influencing factors in the Fenton oxidization pretreatment experiments of acrylic fiber wastewater. The experiment results proved, that Fenton oxidization technology was more efficient at room temperature, the optimum pH value for 3.5, reaction time for 2hs, Fe2+/H2O2/COD for 6:10:15 (mass ratio), that the removal rate of COD was 50%, and that biodegradability of acrylic fiber wastewater was raised from 0.1 to above 0.3.This research ascertained that the pretreatment micro-electrolysis and Fenton oxidization were the united technology by paralleled analysis. The united technology not only reduced disposal costs but also in a great extent, improved biodegradability of unfavorable biochemical acrylic fiber wastewater so as to ensure the stable running of biochemical processing. After processing by micro-electrolysis and Fenton oxidization combined SBMBR, the removal efficiency of COD and NH4-N+ of acrylic fiber wastewater equally attained 93.72% and 94.43%, COD and NH4-N+of the effluent water equally were only 78.05 mg/L and 2.81 mg/L, which completely achieved the first national effluent concentration limit and the effluent of system can carry on back to reuse directly. In addition, an impact test certificated that this combined processing technology can bear impact resistance and improve degradability , It is very suitable for treatment high concertration acrylic fiber wastewater. The thesis provided a completely new thought for unfavorable acrylic fiber wastewater. Its technical economy can all satisfy the processing request of wastewater, and can created favorable conditions for further utilization of wastewater.
